UK and European Pet Transport & Pet Relocation
Based in East Sussex we are within 90 minutes of the majority of ports serving Europe and within 1 hour of the M25. Our preferred route is via the Eurotunnel as this is just a 35 minute crossing, reducing travel time and enabling us to remain with your pet throughout the crossing.
SCHEDULED SPAIN TRIP – Our journey time for collection/delivery is 24-48hrs* to deliver your pet. We use two drivers/pet carers changing every 2 to 3 hrs when exercising our pets, minimising the duration of travel for our passengers, however we stop for longer break periods during the night for the safety of all on board.
We have European emergency cover to ensure that in the event of a breakdown your pet will be delivered safely.
*Please note this is the basic travel time from our collection points in France and Spain to Folkestone, our door to door service travel times will vary.
About Our Pet Transport Vehicles
Pets2go2 are DEFRA Registered and hold type 2 animal transport certificates and operate to the Pet Travel Scheme guidelines.
We have recently invested heavily in ensuring that comfort and safety is provided for your pets and our drivers whilst we are traveling. Our new vehicle has full air conditioning/climate control in the front and rear enabling us to set the temperature required during hotter/colder days. Our night heater ensures constant warmth all night during the colder months.
MERCEDES SPRINTER – Used for our scheduled Spain trip.
Our fitted compartments are constructed from durable, washable polycarbonate with stainless steel regulated ‘paw proof’ mesh doors, each one has a vet bed provided for your dog, preventing pressure sores during long periods of travel.
Fully fitted bunk beds give our drivers good rest periods of sleep (when drivers swap during the night) ensuring safe driving and the best pet care possible for your pets during the day.
Our compartment size varies from the smallest at 2.5ft x 2ft x 2ft right up to our largest at 5ft x 5ft x 4ft which will accommodate the biggest of breeds.
The rear of our vehicle has an enclosed area (with the doors closed) enabling us to load and unload your pets safely in the event of them slipping their lead/collar.
